Who we are
antunclelight.com is run by Jiangmen Lianhao Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., which sells horticultural lighting under the ANTUNCLE brand. We decide how the information described below is used. What we collect
Enquiries you send us. The quote form on this site does not upload anything to our server: pressing submit opens an email draft in your own mail program, and nothing is sent until you send that email. What we receive is the email itself — your address and whatever you chose to fill in, such as company, country, facility type, canopy area and target PPFD. Messages sent to us on WhatsApp are handled the same way.
Usage statistics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read and which links are clicked (for example email, WhatsApp and spec-sheet links). Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device details, and approximate location. We do not use it to identify individual visitors and we do not combine it with enquiry data.
Technical logs. The site is served through Cloudflare, which inspects traffic to block attacks. Cloudflare and our web server keep standard access logs (IP address, requested address, time, browser), used only for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
Enquiry details are used to answer you, prepare quotes and fixture layouts, and handle any order that follows — steps you asked us to take. Analytics and logs are used to keep the site secure and to improve it, which is our legitimate interest in running a business website. We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
Who else processes it
Google (analytics), Cloudflare (security and delivery) and our hosting provider handle data on our behalf. Some of them, and our own team in China, process it outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA and the UK. Where the law requires it we rely on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails and the business correspondence that follows are kept as long as we have a business relationship with you and for the period accounting and tax rules require after it. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Server logs are rotated within weeks.
Cookies
Apart from the Google Analytics cookies described above, the site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The blog under /blog/ runs on WordPress, which may set short-lived technical cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on for Analytics; the site works without them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/EEA and UK, or the CCPA in California), you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, or take it elsewhere. Email info@antunclelight.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change how the site handles personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
