What the Vertical Grow Rack is for
A three-tier cultivation rack on a 1.25m × 1.25m footprint, 2.4m tall, supplied with three ABS trays and three fixtures. It is a configured system rather than a shelving unit — trays, lighting and tier spacing are specified together, so the rack arrives as a working grow position instead of a frame you then have to light.
What you get
- Three tiers in a 1250 × 1250 × 2400mm envelope — a standard grow position that tiles across a room.
- ABS trays, 1220 × 1220 × 60mm, one per tier, sized to the frame rather than trimmed to fit.
- Supplied with lighting — three fixtures, one per tier, specified with the rack.

Before you spec it
What lighting goes on it?
The rack is quoted with fixtures. For most multi-tier work the DS120S bar is the appropriate fixture — 120W, 336 µmol/s, under 4 inches deep so it does not eat tier pitch. Tell us the crop and target PPFD and we will specify the fixture and the count per tier with the rack.
Vertical Grow Rack or Mobile Rolling Grow Rack?
This is a fixed-footprint three-tier position. The Mobile Rolling Grow Rack rolls on a hand crank so a block of racks shares one aisle instead of one aisle each — materially more canopy per square foot, at the cost of more complex hardware and a documented 300kg-per-tier load rating. Choose the mobile system when floor area is the binding constraint.
How does irrigation work on it?
The trays are ABS at 60mm depth, which suits a flood-and-drain or run-to-waste approach. Plumbing is specified with the build — tell us your method and we will detail inlet, outlet and fall.
How does it scale to a full room?
By tiling the 1.25m × 1.25m footprint and matching aisle width to your handling equipment. Lighting across all racks group-controls from one GC001 within the 100-fixture limit.
