What we measured
The three artifacts a lighting plan is actually drawn from. Every figure below comes off our own spec sheet; where we do not have a measurement, the page says so instead of estimating.
Spectrum distribution
Full spectrum - small blue peak near 450nm with a dominant deep-red peak near 690nm and a weak far-red tail (spectrum graph).
Dimensions
27.24"L x 3.94"W x 3.54"H; supporting tripod 15.75"L x 10.24"W x 0.95"H

Top light only reaches the top. The UC120 is a 120W intra-canopy bar — 1200 mm long, IP65, standing on its own legs — designed to sit under or between plants and light the lower third that a ceiling fixture cannot reach. 336 µmol/s across a 2ft × 6ft strip, with a diffusing lens built to spread rather than punch.
What you get
- 336 µmol/s from 120W, 500 diodes of Samsung LM281B full spectrum plus 660nm deep red, across a 2ft × 6ft coverage strip.
- IP65 rated specifically for the under-canopy environment — IPM sprays, irrigation leaks and a wandering watering wand are routine down there, not exceptions.
- Bubbled diffusing lens that spreads light evenly into the canopy instead of creating a hot line directly above the fixture.
- Stands on its own legs — the bar sits on the floor or bench rather than requiring a hang point.
- 1200 × 100 × 90 mm, 4.5 kg, UL-listed driver, AC 110-277V, power factor at or above 0.95.
- Waterproof power port and aluminium heat sinks; passive cooling to 40°C ambient.
- 0-100% dimmable with external control available.
- Five-year standard warranty, L90 beyond 50,000 hours.

Before you spec it
How many under-canopy bars per bench?
Coverage is a 2ft × 6ft strip per bar. On a 4ft × 8ft bench that is typically two bars running lengthwise between plant rows, positioned below the trellis rather than on the floor. Send bench dimensions and plant spacing and we will lay it out.
Does under-canopy lighting actually pay?
It addresses a specific failure: on a dense canopy, lower bud sites finish light-starved regardless of how much you add above, because the canopy itself is the obstruction. Adding intensity from the top past a point raises leaf temperature and energy cost without reaching those sites. Whether the return justifies the fixtures depends on your crop density, cycle length and power price — we will not claim a yield number we have not measured on your crop.
Does it need to be dimmed differently from the top light?
Usually yes, and it should be on its own control group. The GC001 treats fixture groups separately, so under-canopy bars can follow a different curve — often coming on later in flower than the top lights.
Will it survive being sprayed and knocked?
It is IP65 with a waterproof power port, and the spec drawing calls out protection from IPM sprays and irrigation leaks explicitly. The bar stands on its own legs and is repositioned by hand between rows.
